Ultrasound guided injections can be used to treat joint pain, tendon and muscle injuries and nerve pain. At Joondalup Sports Medicine we use ultrasound imaging to guide injection therapies to the precise area of injury.

If you have been referred to Joondalup Sports Medicine by your General Practitioner, Physio or Surgeon please let us know at the time of booking. We can often perform an ultrasound guided injection on the day of your initial appointment after a thorough clinical assessment.
In some instances joint injections will be required to be performed under the guidance of CT imaging, in which case a referral will be organised for you at one of our trusted radiology service providers.
